Overview

A 5-day Maasai Mara Amboseli Safari is the ideal way to explore two of Kenya’s most iconic national parks. It blends stunning scenery, thrilling wildlife sightings, and rich cultural experiences—all in one unforgettable journey.

Begin with the vast plains of the Maasai Mara, where lions prowl and wildebeest fill the horizon. Daily game drives give you the chance to see the famous Big Five: lions, elephants, leopards, rhinos, and buffalo. If you visit between July and October, you might witness the Great Wildebeest Migration, one of nature’s most dramatic events.

From the Mara, travel to Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. This park is famous for its large elephant herds and open views of Africa’s highest peak. Amboseli also offers sightings of zebras, giraffes, hippos, and hundreds of bird species.

This safari isn’t just about wildlife. It’s also a chance to connect with Kenya’s culture. You can choose to visit a Maasai village, where you’ll learn about traditional dress, customs, and way of life. These visits add a unique human connection to your adventure. Learn more about the Maasai here.

In between activities, relax at your safari lodge or camp. Soak in the peaceful surroundings and listen to the sounds of the wild.
