After a short briefing, begin your scenic road trip to the world-famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve, passing through the dramatic Great Rift Valley with its winding escarpments and sweeping landscapes. Enjoy a stopover for lunch in Narok Town, then arrive in time for an evening game drive, your first taste of the wild. Settle in for dinner and an overnight stay at a charming lodge or camp in the Mara.
Rise early for a thrilling sunrise game drive, as the plains come alive with action. Search for the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard—and catch dramatic scenes of wildlife in their natural habitat. After lunch, opt for a visit to a traditional Maasai village, where you'll engage with the local community, learn about their customs, and witness their unique dances. Enjoy one last morning game drive before bidding farewell to the Mara. Begin your journey south, stopping in Nairobi for lunch, then continue towards Amboseli National Park, known for its iconic views of Mt. Kilimanjaro and large elephant herds. Arrive in time to relax, enjoy dinner, and rest up at your lodge or camp with views of the great mountain.
Wake up to a breathtaking sunrise over Kilimanjaro, weather permitting. Spend your day exploring the park with morning, afternoon, and evening game drives. Spot herds of big-tusked elephants, zebras, wildebeest, and predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. Bird lovers will delight in over 370 bird species, including flamingos and raptors. Enjoy a relaxed day in nature with lunch, dinner, and overnight stay at the park.
After a hearty breakfast, take in your final views of Amboseli. Drive back to Nairobi, arriving by early afternoon for a farewell lunch.
