Day 01 : Sirimon Gate to Judmier Camp (Old Moses Camp)
Depart from Nanyuki town and head to Sirimon Gate at 2650m. Begin your hike following the track as it winds uphill through the forest, which transitions to heathland after about three hours. Approximately three and a half hours from the gate, the track veers right to Judmier Camp at 3300m, where you will spend the night.

Day 02 : Judmier Camp to Shipton Camp
Start your day early, with the trail crossing Ontulili River after an hour from Old Moses Camp. The route then contours through the Moorland, crossing Likii North, and continues uphill to Mackinder's Valley. Here, you can enjoy scenic views up the valley towards the main peaks. This 14 km trek takes about six to seven hours. Overnight at Shipton Camp.

Day 03 : Shipton Camp to Point Lenana and back to Shipton Camp
Leave Shipton Camp at 3 am and head towards lower Hall Tarns, arriving at Point Lenana at around 6:30 am. Enjoy a breathtaking sunrise from the summit at 4985m. After soaking in the views, descend back to Shipton Camp. The round trip trek covers approximately 8 km and takes around five to seven hours. Spend another night at Shipton Camp.

Day 04 : Day 4: Shipton Camp to Old Moses Camp
After breakfast, start your trek back through the Moorland to Old Moses Camp. This 14 km journey typically takes five to six hours, allowing you to appreciate the diverse landscapes once more. Overnight at Old Moses Camp.

Day 05 : Old Moses Camp to Sirimon Gate
On the final day, after breakfast, enjoy a leisurely walk down through the rainforest for about three to four hours, covering a distance of 9 km. Conclude your adventure as you catch up with your travel vehicle at Sirimon Gate for the journey back to Nanyuki town.
